Sprinkler system malfunction, Southeast Grand Rapids

The sprinkler system malfunctioned in a Southeast Grand Rapids municipal building and water covered 60% of our building. SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids came in with a full team that are well trained professionals. The water damaged 50% of the ceiling tiles, in which you can see here some ended up on the floor, the removal of all debris and document salvation happened in just one day. The use of the Desiccant Trailer really speed up the process, while keeping all the noise outside. SERVPRO was able to clean up efficiently so the office was able to keep the doors open and operated as normal business.
