Main Water line break, Grand Rapids, MI

This Grand Rapids home suffered a water main break that affected the hall way, two bedrooms, hallway closet and the recreational room. SERVPRO of Southeast Grand Rapids was able to salvage the furniture and contents by our quick response time. By removing all furniture and contents for cleaning, we were able to complete the water mitigation within a day, then drying process in five days. All laundry was washed in our eSporta washing machine, processed at our office and returned to the home owner. Upon completion of the mitigation, the owner was able to begin minimal reconstruction by replacing baseboards.
